Through engaging, hands-on activities and reflective exploration, participants will develop a deeper understanding of core strategies of inclusive education, practise applying these strategies in context, and refine their teaching techniques to empower all learners in mastering the competences defined in the SciLMi Framework of MetaScientific Literacies.

Important Information:

  1. Erasmus+ SciLMi Teacher Academy funding
    Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to a distance-based amount, reflecting expected travel costs. Reimbursement is subject to successful completion of the entire training, including the virtual sessions. Accommodation will be provided free of charge to participants.

  2. Erasmus+ KA-1 funding arranged by the participant's school
    A limited number of places are reserved specifically for participants with KA-1 funding.
    Participants are required to stay at the seminar hotel. The costs are expected to be fully covered by their school's Erasmus+ KA1-funding.
    Support is provided to help them identify cost-efficient travel options.
    As part of a formal selection process, applications are scored according to several criteria. Applicants who use their own Erasmus+ KA1 funding receive additional points in the scoring, which increases their chances of being offered a place. 
    Hosting organisation: HETFA Research Institute and Center for Economic and Social Analysis (Hungary); certificate of attendance will be provided

	<li data-slate-type="list-item" style="margin-top:5px">Collaborate across subject boundaries to raise awareness of socio-scientific issues and support students in contextualising their knowledge by connecting it to real-world problems.</li>
	<li data-slate-type="list-item" style="margin-top:5px">Reflect on and apply strategies to cater to the strengths and needs of their increasingly diverse classrooms.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Approach:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Important Information:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Participation:</strong> Participants must agree to complete the <strong>full course</strong>, including the two virtual sessions, and to take part in the SciLMi evaluation study. -> Please make sure to reserve the dates for both the virtual sessions and the on-site week in your calendar.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Notification of Acceptance:</strong> You will be informed in <strong>February 2026</strong> whether you have been selected and offered a place, or added to the waiting list. If so, you may still receive an offer later through second-round selection if another participant declines their place.
 </li>
	<li><strong>Preparation:</strong> If your application is successful, you will receive additional information and be required to arrange your travel and submit proof of your booking (train or flight), in order to secure your place.</li>
</ul>

	<li><strong>Course Fees:</strong> There are no course fees for participation.</li>
</ul>
