Encourage team members to take a sticky note whenever they want to write down a highlight.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n## **2) Giving and Receiving \"Glow-Feedback\"**\n\n**Audience (individually)**\n\n* Give your sticky notes to the trainers.\n\n**Presenting SSI team**\n\n* Read and exchange about the highlights on the sticky notes coming from the listeners\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Collect the sticky notes from the audience and place them in the \"Highlights\" section of the prepared flipchart. Then, give each team orange and white cards along with markers.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n## **3) Giving and Receiving \"Grow Feedback\"**\n\n**Audience (other SSI teams)**\n\n* Discuss and decide on \n * max. 3 questions you have to the presenting team (content)\n * max. 3 suggestions you want to give to the presenting team (content, presentation)\n* Note your question(s) on a orange card.\n* Note your suggestion(s) on a white card.\n* Give your cards to the trainers.\n\n**Presenting SSI team**\n\n* Read the questions (content) and suggestions (content, presentation) provided by the different teams.\n* Discuss these questions and suggestions within your own team.\n* Decide how you want to respond: which points you'd like to address publicly, and which you prefer to keep within your group.\n* Share your team's responses with the other teams.\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Collect the cards from the listening SSI teams and place them in the \"Questions\" (orange) and \"Suggestions\" (white) section of the prepared flipchart.
