SSI Topics Overview (5 min)**\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Explain the goal and the task. Have one team start by placing their first topic, then let the next team present theirs, and so on until all teams have announced all three topics. Ensure that identical topics are added to an existing stack, and that similar topics are placed near each other.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n* Announce one of your topics to the group.\n* Place your paper with this topic on the floor.\n* If another team has already placed the same topic, place your paper on top of the existing one.\n* Each new topic should be placed in a new location in the room.\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Observe the dynamics and intervene only when clarification is needed. Encourage groups to cluster similar topics and maintain a clear overview of themes.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n## **2. SSI Teams (10 min)**\n\n* Walk around the room and read the topic titles.\n* Silently select your first and second choices of topics you would like to work on.\n* Go to the paper with the topic of your first choice.\n* An SSI Team is formed when the following conditions are met:\n * The team includes 3–4 teachers.\n * The team covers at least three different subjects.\n * The team includes at least two teachers from different countries.\n* Once a team is complete, take your topic sheet and sit down together at a table.\n* The process continues until 6 SSI Teams are formed.\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Support teachers as they form teams. Motivate them to consider their second choice if needed. Ensure everyone is satisfied with their topic.
