Social Media Feed Comparison (10 min)**\n\n* On a voluntary basis, open your own social media feed (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X).\n* Compare the first 3 posts or videos with a peer sitting next to you.\n* Discuss briefly:\n * What types of content do you see?\n * Where does the information come from?\n * What might have influenced what is shown (e.g. previous interactions, likes)?\n\n\n---\n\n*Ensure participants feel comfortable to observe without sharing anything personal.*\n\n\n---\n\n\n## **2. Search Engine Comparison in Groups (20 min)**\n\n\n---\n\n*Present the second task. Assign one search engine per group (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, Startpage, Yandex).*\n\n\n---\n\n* Explore your assigned search engine.\n* Use the same two search terms (e.g. \"climate migration\" and \"vaccine safety\").\n* Analyse:\n * What types of results are shown first?\n * How is the information framed (e.g. ads, featured snippets, videos, news)?\n * How does the engine guide your attention?\n\n\n## **3.
