Work Styles Questionnaire (20 min)**\n\n\n---\n\n*Teamwork is not always easy. Not all teachers are used to working in teams. Emphasise the importance of knowing your preferred work style to collaborate effectively and respectfully in teams.*\n\n\n---\n\n* For each statement (1–5), rank the responses (A–D) by assigning the numbers \"1,\" \"2,\" \"3,\" or \"4\" — \"1\" being the response that BEST describes you, and \"4\" the one that LEAST describes you. (No fractions or decimals!)\n* Transfer your answers from the Work Styles Questionnaire onto the scoring grid.\n* Calculate the totals for each column (A–D) and write them down.\n* Identify the letter (A–D) of your ***LOWEST score***.\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Hand out the Work Styles Questionnaire and scoring grid.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Explain that the score reflects that everyone has traits from all work styles (A–D), but one or two tend to be more dominant. Participants with two identical lowest scores should choose the one they feel fits them best for the purpose of this activity.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n## **2. Work Style Characteristics (5 min)**\n\n* Go to the corner with your letter on the poster (A–D).\n* Turn around the poster to reveal your group's dominant work style.\n* Take turns reading aloud the main characteristics of your work style.\n * Start each sentence with: \"We are .... We like to… \\[e.g. take action and act decisively\\].\"\n* Listen carefully and try to remember each colleague's dominant work style.\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Put up posters at the four corners of the room (front: letter, back: work style characteristics). Select a group to begin.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n## **3. Collaboration with Same Work Styles (5 min)**\n\n* Within your group, read aloud together what you need to consider when working with others who share your work style.\n\n\n---\n\n\n:::tip\n*Hand out the sheet \"Conscious Collaboration.\" Explain the instructions.*\n\n:::\n\n\n---\n\n## **4.
