The SciLMi Train the Trainer Week is open exclusively to those involved in secondary school teacher education.
\r\n\r\nFor the purposes of this application, teacher education includes all activities that support secondary school teachers' professional learning and develop their competences, including:
\r\n\r\nParticipation in the SciLMi Train the Trainer Week is therefore open to:
\r\n\r\nApplicants can choose one of the following funding options:
\r\n\r\nErasmus+ SciLMi Teacher Academy funding
\r\n\r\n\tThere are no course fees.
To support cross-country collaboration and team-building, all participants stay at the seminar hotel for the duration of the week.
Accommodation is provided free of charge from Sunday to Saturday. Lunch is also provided free of charge on course days, Monday to Friday.
Proof of travel arrangements must be uploaded within seven days of receiving the acceptance letter. Participants will be supported in identifying the most cost-effective travel options available.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed, up to the amount specified in the letter, after completion of the full training.
To support first-time engagement, applicants from institutions not yet accredited under the Erasmus+ Programme receive additional points in the selection process, giving them a better chance of being selected.

\r\n\r\n\tThere are no course fees.

Motivational texts are reviewed independently by four team members in a blind review.
Score Calculation
\r\n\r\n\tApplicants who submit an inspiring practice in a field relevant to SciLMi receive additional points, in recognition of their contribution and to promote the sharing of effective approaches.
\r\n\r\n\tApplicants from institutions not yet accredited under the Erasmus+ Programme receive additional points to ensure they are prioritised, in line with the project's aim of supporting first-time engagement with Erasmus+.

<li>Supervising pre-service teachers during school placements or practicums</li>
<li>Mentoring or coaching novice or experienced teachers</li>
<li>Facilitating job shadowing and peer observation</li>
<li>Leading in-school initiatives to develop teaching practice or advising colleagues on subject-specific teaching</li>
<li>Developing self-paced learning resources for teacher education (e.g. textbooks, MOOCs, e-learning modules)</li>
</ul>
<p>Participation in the SciLMi Train the Trainer Week is therefore open to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Teacher educators, trainers, mentors, supervisors, or coaches working with pre- or in-service secondary school teachers</li>
<li>School leaders, principals, or deputies of secondary schools</li>
<li>Subject coordinators or heads of department in secondary schools</li>
<li>Secondary school subject teachers with a clear ambition to take on a coaching, mentoring, or supervisory role (please provide a strong justification in your application)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Requirements</h4>

<li>The course is conducted in English. Participants must have <strong>good English language skills</strong>.</li>
