To set up general feedback for automatically graded question types:\n\n\n1. Click on the **settings icon** in the top right of your quiz and select **Edit Quiz**.\n\n \\\n2. For the question you would like to add feedback for, click on the **settings icon.**\n\n \\\n3. Edit the **general feedback** and **correct/incorrect feedback** fields.\n\n \\\n4. Click **Save.**\n\n**Essay-type** questions require you to enter manual feedback once the student has completed the quiz. You can provide manual feedback for **Essay** type questions in two ways:\n\n* **Review by question**: Use this method if you want to grade the same question for all students and then move on to the next question; grading by question.\n* **Review by student quiz:** Use this method if you want to grade one quiz at a time for each student; grading by student.\n\n\n### Enable extensions and allow quiz reattempts\n\nYou can extend the completion date or reopen a quiz to individual students or groups by using User overrides.
